All rental reservations do need to be made in advance.
All reservations are based upon availability.

Our cottage is set up for families. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby.
We do not rent to individuals under 30 years of age.
We do not rent to groups or parties. This includes wedding parties, bachelor parties or birthday parties. The Cottage is not a party house. This also includes family reunions.
We have neighbors who live in close proximity and are year around residents. Please be considerate of their privacy.
We DO rent to families and couples.
We DO rent to fishermen/women and freighter watchers who will take good care of our home.
MAXIMUM: We do not allow more than 4 cars in the driveway at anytime. The maximum number of occupants is 6 persons. The maximum number of daytime visitors plus occupants is 12. The neighborhood will not tolerate any larger gatherings.

Weekly rate $1100.00  Saturday to Saturday 
3 night rate $600.00
2 night rate $450.00

A deposit of 50% of your rate is due at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks - 14 days prior to your arrival date.
If your reservation is less than two weeks from your arrival date the full amount is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given if you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled visit.
 If your stay is cancelled between 7 and 13 days prior to your visit, only 50% of your payment will be refunded.
If you cancel 6 days or less prior to your arrival or have to leave early no refunds can be given.
